Everything is perfectly fine here, had a real good stay at the night. The breakfast is marvellous, and the location is excellent adjacent to airport and the Berliner Tor subway station. The units are well-maintained, neat with a private wc. Very welcoming and extremely helpful staff as one would expect.

Close to train station. They had room for 6 persons (we are a familly of 5 members) They did have room for us in a very crowded weekend. Our youngsters enjoyed the facilities.
The rooms is basically a hostel room, so what we paid for the room was a little high to what we get back.

Easy to find; convinient location near Berliner Tor S-bahn makes for an easy connection from Central station and provides easy access to other parts of the city. The lobby area is lively at all hours and the free wifi is helpful. Breakfast was great. Great atmosphere overall, with a wide range of guests from young travellers to mature couples and families with children.
Check-in! (Be prepared to wait in line for 45 minutes...) The room was also very cold when I first arrived because the heat had been turned off - it took quite a long time to get the room comfortably warm, and one day during my stay the cleaning staff turned the heat off again. (Not down, off.) There was some 2nd hand cigarette smoke in the lobby while using free wifi, but a change of location solved that problem.

Close to the train. Free wifi.
I didn't like that I was not given a refund from the staff after I had to check out a week early. I tried to contact eBooked.net to request a refund but the online service doesn't give refunds.

Price was good for a family of five and the proximity of city centre, only 20 mins walk to Central station. Also the breakfast was OK, given the price. Clean rooms and friendly staff. WiFi was good (at extra cost)
Very basic comfort, somewhere between hostel and hotel. The surroundings are shabby with a lot of traffic. If travelling by car, pre book the parking since the street parking is expensive. Not close to the subway. Long check in lines when we arrived by 1500.

Good quality compare with is price and very center lockton, only one stop by subway to the central station, and may choise of transportation. Good stuff, responsible and friendly and speak nice english. Food and drink are cheap.
Hope there would be bathtub, the Booked.net written that there was bathtub in family room. But the stuff Said none of the room have bathtub, the problem of the Booked.net, they just show the wrong information.

The (double) room was clean and simple. Friendly staff
Although only one s-bahn station from the center, the hotel itself is not in the center. No double bed. No room cleaning. For 90€ a night it's quite expensive but kind of fits in the global hamburg prices

Got what I paid for. A bed for a few nights. Fair, simple and what I needed
The Staff could run a bit faster. Lines for check-in was slow, and if you wanted something for the bar, there was not enough staff to help you.

Cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, tidiness all over around. Comfortable cosy lounge, a lot of free public space for social contacts with other visitors, free wifi in the public space, small library to read, playing zone for kids.
Apparently nothing. Probably only that it is easy to get lost inside sometimes because of its being so huge.)

The rooftop terrace provided a lovely spot for relaxation, though the noise from outside could be quite loud at times. A great value for my visit.
